Shipping your vehicle from India to the United States

Exporting a vehicle from India to the US involves two distinct bureaucratic processes: the Indian export side and the US import side. On the Indian side, the vehicle must be deregistered from the state RTO (Regional Transport Office), a No Objection Certificate (NOC) obtained, and Indian customs export clearance completed.
