- Survey both ends. We assess the origin office, the destination space and access conditions at each, then build a sequenced plan that accounts for your IT, your floor plan and your operating schedule.
- Fix the window. The move is scheduled into the time that costs your business the least — often a Friday night through Sunday, so Monday morning is a normal working day in the new space.
- Execute to the plan. Our crew packs, labels, transports and reassembles to the agreed floor plan, working through the schedule without improvising.
- Hand over a working office. The new space is set up and ready for your team to walk into — workstations in place, equipment connected, furniture assembled.
