- A mandatory waiting period of at least three months after a satisfactory titre test result before entry into Switzerland is permitted
- An official health certificate in the Annex IV format, issued by an officially authorised veterinarian within 10 days of travel
- An Indian export health certificate issued by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (DADF) before the animal leaves India
- Entry at an approved Border Inspection Post — pets from India travel as air cargo with an IATA-accredited live animal handler, not as checked baggage

Shipping a vehicle from India to Switzerland
