What “operational on day one” requires

A corporate relocation from the UAE to Hungary is not an oversized house move. It is a sequenced project: office furniture that must be reassembled to a Hungarian floor plan, IT that has to come back up in the right order, commercial goods with their own classification and import treatment, and a NAV customs process that expects documentation to be complete and consistent. Commercial goods and the EORI chain

If the move includes commercial stock, samples or operational equipment, the EU import side requires an EORI number registered against the Hungarian entity, accurate HS classification for each line item, and a customs declaration to NAV either at the European port of arrival or inland once the cargo reaches Hungary.
