A move is only as good as its plan. Ours starts with an honest survey and ends with a signature, carried by one person the whole way.
- Survey and written quote. We assess what is moving — in person or by video — and return a clear, itemised quote. The quote is built from what we survey, with no charges added once the work is under way.
- One coordinator takes ownership. A single coordinator carries your move from that point on. The same person handles the calls, the booking and the paperwork, so you are never handed between departments.
- Plan, document and book freight. Dates are locked, freight is booked on the right route, and the customs paperwork for both ends is prepared in advance to avoid hold-ups at the border.
- Pack to export standard. Our crew packs to the standard the longest leg of the journey demands and builds a full inventory, so the shipment is protected and accounted for.
- Insured, compliant delivery. The shipment travels under transit insurance. We manage customs clearance, delivery and unpacking, and your coordinator stays with the move until it is signed off.
