Commercial goods and the EORI chain

If the move includes commercial stock, samples or operational equipment, the EU import side requires an EORI number registered against the Slovak entity, accurate HS classification for each line item, and an import declaration to the Finančná správa once the cargo has completed its inland leg — or moved inland under T1 transit and cleared closer to the destination. We prepare the import file in parallel with the move itself so customs treatment is not the bottleneck on day one.
