The Oman programme runs alongside the work-visa and labour-card process rather than on top of it. Oman’s Omanisation policy shapes which roles are filled from outside the Sultanate and which are reserved; the Ministry of Labour issues work visa categories against the employer’s licence; and the employment contract typically needs attesting at the UAE end (MOFA, then Oman embassy) before the labour clearance is granted. Most relocating employees land in Greater Muscat, and the housing options are reasonably defined. Al Mouj Muscat is the most common destination for senior corporate moves; The Wave (the older brand of the same masterplan) and the compound villa communities in Bawshar and Madinat Qaboos serve the family relocations; apartment moves into Al Khuwair and Qurum cover the mid-tier and single-status assignments. 1. Align the programme. We work through your mobility policy once — entitlements, approval thresholds, documentation requirements — and set the programme up to run against those rules.
2. Initiate a move. HR refers the employee; we survey, produce a policy-checked quote and confirm the move plan against the visa and entry timeline.
3. Manage the relocation. Packing, road freight via the right Oman border crossing, Bayan customs clearance and destination delivery are coordinated by the employee’s coordinator, with HR updated at agreed milestones.
4. Report and close. Consistent documentation delivered after every completed move for your records.
