Sea freight from Jebel Ali routes to a regional port — most commonly Durban in South Africa, with onward road or rail transport north to Harare, or Beira in Mozambique along the established corridor. Door-to-door transit typically runs around six to nine weeks, depending on port handling and the inland leg. Air freight from DXB flies into Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport at Harare, suited to urgent or higher-value consignments.

Customs is administered by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA). Returning residents and citizens may import used personal and household effects under a rebate on import duty where the goods have been owned and used abroad and are supported by a detailed packing inventory and passport evidence. We prepare the declaration in advance and confirm the applicable treatment before the shipment leaves the UAE.
