Air freight from DXB routes via a Southeast Asian connection into Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport in Díli and is the faster option for urgent or higher-value consignments. Customs is administered by the Customs Authority of Timor-Leste. Arriving residents and returning nationals may import used personal effects and household goods with relief from duty where the goods are demonstrably personal property, supported by a residence or work visa and a detailed inventory; we assemble that file before departure.
